rindus was founded in 2017 and shaped and built by the two partners Dominikus Schweighart and Rolf Zipf in the following years. Both had spent years in technology and consulting and saw the same pattern again and again: nearshoring providers treated developers as interchangeable resources. Teams changed every few months. Knowledge got lost. Trust never really formed.
They wanted something different – a place where people feel at home, and where partners can rely on the same team year after year. Málaga became that home. A city with strong tech talent, international spirit, and a quality of life that makes people want to stay.
From the very beginning, rindus was designed as a specialised technology services provider, with a strong focus on team stability, service quality, and long-term collaboration with its partners. We attract global talent and organise dedicated teams under our own management and organisational structure, prioritising continuity and partnership over short-term or project-based delivery models.
Today, rinders work in dedicated teams that deliver software development services to leading companies across Northern Europe. These services are provided in close coordination with our partners, contributing continuously to the development of their products and solutions.
